ICEGROSSING

Icegrossing as an innovative method of training doesn’t only keep the skater safe during practicing complex elements, but also guides them physically and mentally towards their individual movement pattern that is the most suitable for them. When using Icegrossing actively, the skater’s psychophysiological state changes dramatically: as the harness goes on, the athlete will be mobilized both physically and mentally to perform the elements correctly. As the harness restricts performing wrong and possibly damaging movements and aids in making the correct ones, the athlete will start to recognize both positive and negative signals that the harness gives them while using. That also gives them the ability to control the harness.
